What most buying guides leave out
GFCI is not optional. Any chiller sits within reach of standing water, and a dedicated ground fault circuit interrupter outlet is what electrical codes generally require near water, and what your electrician will tell you the install needs. If you don't already have one within cord reach of the tub, budget for an electrician as part of the purchase, not as an afterthought once it's delivered.
Noise is rarely disclosed. Most chiller and all in one spec sheets simply don't list a dB rating, silence is not the same as quiet. Budget units commonly run 65 to 75 dB or louder, a quality mid-tier unit lands closer to 60 dB, and premium engineering can get down to 40 to 50 dB.
